We are seeking a Material Handling Supervisor to oversee the shipping and receiving, kitting, delivery, and control of inventory and materials in a production environment. The successful applicant will meet the requirements below.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Day to day use of computer software (Microsoft Word, Power Point & Excel, time keeping systems).
Nice To Haves
- 1-2 years in inventory management, warehouse operations, construction, or other related industries.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Management software tools.
- Experience working with an engineering team to rapidly facilitate prototyping and aide in production planning.
- Forklift Operation
- Experience in AS9100 operations and quality control processes.
Responsibilities
- Receive shipments
- Enter received materials into an ERP inventory system
- Enter high value inventory into a property management system
- Kit inventory according to pick lists
- Deliver materials to appropriate work centers
- Maintain an accurate count of inventory
- Lead a team of material handling employees
