About The Position

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager - ON, the Reach Driver ON plays a key role in the movement and organization of wheels and related components in our warehouse. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling of inventory using a reach truck, ensuring that materials are stored, retrieved, and shipped in a timely and accurate manner to support our manufacturing and distribution operations.

Requirements

• Valid reach truck certification.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
• Familiarity with handling high-value and heavy products (e.g., wheels, rims).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable using RF scanners or basic inventory software.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the wheel or automotive parts industry.
• Forklift (counterbalance or order picker) certification.
• Bilingual (French/English), depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Operate a reach truck to move, stack, and retrieve wheels and related products.
• Ensure proper placement and handling of rims and accessories to avoid damage.
• Load and unload trailers, stage shipments, and organize inventory in designated locations.
• Use RF scanners or inventory systems to track movement and stock levels.
• Perform daily inspections of reach truck and report any maintenance needs.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill daily shipping, receiving, and picking tasks.
• Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
