About The Position
Corteva Agriscience has exciting opportunities within Logistic Services for Logistics Packagers at our Midland, MI location. The Logistics Service’s mission is to provide superior value through unyielding focus on safety, customer service and efficient utilization of resources to all businesses within Michigan Operations. We are seeking highly motivated, dependable self-starters who are interested in working for a safe, well-established global company. The position will provide support for Corteva’s manufacturing operations through the packaging and distribution of Corteva’s products. Candidates will rotate through a variety of packaging and warehousing responsibilities. Please note: NO relocation offered for this role NO Visa sponsorship offered for this role This position is represented by a labor union
Requirements
- Valid U.S. driver's license required.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening, background checks, and other required screenings.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.
- Basic computer skills and ability to obtain required certifications.
- Medically qualified for respirator use and fit testing.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety, including the daily use of required PPE.

Responsibilities
- Package products for our global customers.
- Focal point for material movement.
- Interact with packaging equipment.
- Prepare raw materials for operations.
- Manually break-down pallets of material and products.
- Arrange, stack, and repackage all types of materials and products.
- Affix labels, stickers or booklets on packaged materials.
- Safely operate forklift or other heavy equipment.
