Requirements

• Ability to operate or learn to operate forklifts, loaders, or similar equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Effective communication skills and teamwork mindset.
• Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliability and consistency in meeting work schedules and production expectations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate material‑handling equipment to move, load, and store products.
• Inspect materials and equipment, reporting issues promptly.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas to support safe operations.
• Support inventory control through accurate counts and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and delivery goals.
