About The Position
A manufacturing company in Garden Grove is seeking a Stacking Operator to support the downstream production process by stacking, banding, packaging, moving, and warehousing finished product in a fast‑paced, non‑climate‑controlled environment.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and ability to learn machinery
- Able to follow instructions and stay organized
- Attention to detail and time management
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass drug screen & background check
Nice To Haves
- 2 years manufacturing experience
- Hi‑Lo/Forklift + Sit-down
Responsibilities
- Stack, band, package, and move finished goods
- Load, unload, lift, and move materials
- Operate bagging/boxing machines
- Perform quality checks on finished product
- Operate a forklift
- Correctly store finished goods in warehouse
- Assist with general labor tasks as needed
