About The Position

Best Line Material Handling is seeking a full-time sales representative to cover the Shippensburg and Harrisburg areas. The role focuses on promoting and selling material handling products, including forklifts, floor care products, and allied products. Success in this position requires equipment knowledge, strong customer service, and sales skills, with a significant portion of earnings based on sales performance. The position offers an annual base salary plus variable compensation.

Outside sales / business to business sales experience a plus.
College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Grow material handling equipment sales within a designated territory.
Service existing accounts and establish new accounts.
Prepare a weekly work plan and log all customer contact information in the company CRM.
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services.
Collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirements.
Offer invoicing tailored specifically to meet the needs of the industry.
Serve as a liaison between the customer and our operations, service, and accounts receivable departments.
Sell products requiring extensive technical expertise and support, including proper equipment handling and recommending service for repairs.
Attend all sales calls and meetings.
