About The Position

McKesson is hiring a part-time Material Handler to work in its Distribution Center. The role involves efficiently fulfilling orders so healthcare products are shipped quickly and accurately. The listed schedule is Monday, Thursday, and Friday, starting at 1:00 p.m. and continuing until completion. Available shifts may change and will be discussed during the interview. In periods of high demand, employees may need to work beyond scheduled times; schedules are generally shared two weeks in advance.

The starting pay for afternoon shifts is $18.90 per hour, with base pay increasing up to $19.97 during the first 12 months. Eligible Material Handlers may also earn incentive pay based on performance, with top performers earning up to approximately $1.75 per hour in incentive pay. The company provides on-the-job training for power industrial equipment, specialized processes, and advanced automation.

Requirements

• Entry-level experience.
• Ability to walk up to 10 miles during a shift; steps vary by shift.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 20 to 50 pounds throughout a shift without assistance; weight varies by product.
