About The Position
This role involves operating a swing-mast forklift to pick finished goods, prepare customer shipments, and load outbound trucks safely and accurately. The position is for the 2nd shift, with working hours from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm. The starting pay is $24.94 plus a shift differential.
Requirements
- Experience with forklifts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work on feet for long periods.
- Attention to detail and reliable work habits.
- Basic computer or scanner skills.
Responsibilities
- Pick products from racking using swing-mast equipment.
- Verify order accuracy and stage materials for shipment.
- Prepare pallets and apply labels.
- Load trucks safely and efficiently.
- Use scanners or WMS to record picks and movements.
- Perform daily equipment checks and report issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures.
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods.
