Warehouse - Material Handler
About The Position
We’re looking for a Material Handler to join our Warehouse Operations team to support daily warehouse functions and ensure efficient handling of inventory in our Sarasota, FL office. Requirements
- Proven experience in a warehouse or material handling role.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift or move heavy products, up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and pass an MVR background screening.
- Able and willing to wear ASTM F2413-rated steel-toe protective footwear, company provided.
- Ability to work on-site at our Sarasota, FL headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory items appropriately.
- Process, package, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and organize stock to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Inspect products for defects and damages before shipping.
- Examine incoming and outgoing shipments to verify accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Adhere to all company safety and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse daily.
- Support warehouse optimization initiatives and contribute ideas for process improvements.
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
