About The Position

American Augers, a division of The Toro Company located in West Salem, Ohio, is seeking a Material Handler. American Augers manufactures the largest horizontal directional drills and a full range of auger boring machines, known for their durability and backed by 24-hour worldwide support. This role is for the first shift, working Monday through Thursday from 5 am to 3:30 pm, with potential overtime on Fridays. The starting wage is $18-20 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Appropriate reading, clerical, and basic math skills.
• Ability to understand written instructions, record transactions accurately, and perform basic calculations.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior forklift experience and/or certification preferred.
• Open to train.

Responsibilities

• Use a computer to check the location, inventory, and routing/ordering of parts.
• Use a forklift, Raymond, or hoist to move or deliver parts and containers.
