Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work will be in warehouse doing functions such as receiving, storing, and distributing material, tools, equipment, and products within establishments.
- Loads and unloads products to and from delivery vehicles and designated storage areas.
- Reads production schedule, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
- Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas.
- Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined sequence, such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
- Operates gas or electric powered forklift truck to move, stack, load or unload materials, parts, finished goods, etc.
- May load/unload trucks; may use a Hi-Rise to load items in storage racks.
