About The Position
This position is for a Material Handler at two locations in Crawfordsville, IN: North Plant at 1009 Sloan Street and South Plant at 600 State Road 32 West. The role offers temporary to full-time employment opportunities, with the possibility of becoming eligible for full-time evaluation after just 30 days based on attendance, performance, work ethic, and business need. Full-time employment is also available for qualified applicants. The job requires individuals to be 18 years of age or older.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry 20 to 80 pounds.
- Ability to stand for the entire duration of your shift.
Responsibilities
- Create bundles of book sections.
- Feed book sections into the binding machine.
- Move books from the production line and stack them into boxes.
- Work in a team environment and cross-train with others.
