Requirements

  • High school diploma of general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates movement of material to and from shop.
  • Processing of inbound parts including writeup and paperwork scanning.
  • Process of order though invoicing including label creation and credit card processing.
  • Receive material into ERP software with documentation including scanned documents and photographs.
  • Route newly received parts to appropriate shop or technician systematically providing physical movement when needed.
  • Assign weight and box sizes to outbound shipments.
  • Process invoices including charging payments and creating shipping labels.
  • Package parts using appropriate shock absorbing material and include accurate documentation.
