About The Position

Handle and maintain the flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas according to established guidelines. The role includes moving materials into and out of stock, performing related system transactions, verifying transaction accuracy, conducting cycle counts as needed, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. The Material Handler must follow applicable safety, health, and company security procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage material movement into stock, including dock-to-stock, material requisition orders (MRO), printed circuit boards (PCB), floor returns, and related transactions using a scanner or computer.
• Issue materials from stock, including transfers, kits, manual pulls, highly marketable parts (HMP), and related transactions using a scanner or computer.
• Perform transactions accurately and verify them when necessary.
• Conduct cycle counts as needed.
• Keep the assigned area clean and organized.
• Follow safety and health rules and regulations associated with the position and as directed by the supervisor.
• Comply with procedures in the company security policy.
