About The Position
Stecker Machine is seeking an experienced Material Handler to join its Shipping & Receiving team. The role involves keeping materials moving throughout the plant and supporting incoming and outgoing shipments. The schedule is second shift, Monday through Friday, from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with an 8% shift premium.
Requirements
- Previous material handling experience.
- Previous forklift experience.
- Prioritize safety.
- Be dependable and arrive on time, ready to work.
- Work independently and stay busy.
- Take pride in keeping materials organized and moving.
Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift and safely move materials throughout the plant.
- Load and unload trucks and keep incoming and outgoing products moving.
- Handle heavy loads safely and efficiently.
- Use scanners and tablets to track materials.
- Prepare finished products for shipment.
- Assist wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.
