About The Position

Capstone Logistics is seeking motivated Material Handlers and Forklift Operators to join its warehouse operations team in Edwardsville, Illinois. This physically active role takes place in a fast-paced warehouse environment and supports the efficient movement of freight throughout the supply chain. The position pays $22 per hour and includes paid training, with benefits available after 60 days.

Requirements

• Have a strong work ethic and high energy.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Be able to lift and carry 25–75 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Have reliable attendance and a commitment to safety.
• Be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday.
• Be able to work in a warehouse environment and maintain productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight safely and efficiently.
• Sort, palletize, repack, and move products throughout the warehouse.
• Perform freight handling and material movement duties.
• Audit shipments for accuracy.
• Assist with warehouse housekeeping and cleanup.
• Follow all safety procedures and site-specific operating guidelines.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by site leadership.
