About The Position
Bosch Home Solutions is seeking a Material Handler. This role is responsible for moving materials, loading and unloading trucks, and supporting daily production and inventory operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to read operational and quality specifications
- Excellent attention to detail
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement support
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience operating forklift, inventory, material handling strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down, stand-up, or reach forklifts to move materials throughout the facility
- Load and unload trailers, pallets, and containers safely and efficiently
- Supply production lines with raw materials and remove finished goods
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance needs
- Follow all safety rules, traffic patterns, and PPE requirements
- Assist with inventory counts, staging, and general warehouse organization
- Maintain accurate documentation for material movement and storage, utilizing scanners and other technology to ensure accurate tracking of materials
