About The Position

Material Handlers will perform daily duties and tasks as outlined but not limited to loading and unloading trucks, stage and/or pulling selected orders for daily production and participating in general housekeeping as outlined by management. The overall goal of this position is to tactically and strategically source materials and packaging to support factory operations while supporting and building OurRecipe@SauerBrands.

Requirements

Proven experience as a forklift operator.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

Unload materials or production from incoming vehicles and relocate to proper destinations.
Ability to use RF scanner for picking, relocating, and production purposes.
Locate, stack, or palletize finished goods for shipping.
List production activity and log all completed tasks.
Follow all safety policies and procedures as dictated by the organization or state and local agencies.
Identifying workplace hazards.
Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency.
