About The Position

As a Warehouse Material Handler, you will act as the logistics engine of our facility. We are looking for an active, organized problem-solver to keep our inventory and production pipelines moving seamlessly. Your agility and focus will directly ensure our materials get exactly where they need to go.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Comfort using computer software tools for data entry and production tracking.
• A proven ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment and comfortably pivot between tasks as plant priorities shift.
• A team-first attitude with a willingness to step outside your immediate duties to help a coworker succeed.
• Dependable attendance and a willingness to work overtime as needed to support customer demands.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, and transfer raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods across manufacturing and shipping areas.
• Verify physical stock against shipping documents and execute digital transactions within our Inventory Management System to correct discrepancies.
• Pick up and transfer pallets, racks, and consumable supplies to keep production lines running at peak performance.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with different shifts to optimize warehouse space, maintain 5S housekeeping, and support recycling programs.
• Perform all tasks with a safety-first mindset, following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and reporting unsafe conditions immediately.
