Requirements
- High School Diploma (or GED) OR 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
- Comfort pivoting between tasks quickly when production priorities change, along with a willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications for tracking warehouse data.
- A safety-first mindset and a "Team Before Self" attitude, stepping up to support your coworkers and ensure site success.
Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial vehicles—including fork trucks, clamp trucks, and sit-down electric three-wheelers—to load and unload tankers or trucks.
- Move raw materials to production assets, transfer finished goods, and update our Inventory Management System to maintain precision and accuracy.
- Partner with shipping, receiving, and manufacturing departments to ensure seamless material flow and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Support 5S housekeeping and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure a clean, safe, and productive workspace for everyone.
