Material Handler - 2nd Shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm)

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 2–4 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Good organizational skills
- Strong basic math skills
- Ability to maintain accurate paperwork
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to use related computer applications (Excel, Outlook and ERP system)
- Requires valid CA Driver License and proof of automobile insurance.
Nice To Haves
- Forklift certified a plus.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and storing materials for production.
- Processing, checking, verifying, and inventorying materials received and released to Production.
- Completing related computer entries and documentation.
- Storing inventory properly in correct locations and ensuring proper rotation of dated materials.
- Receiving production line requests and delivering supplies to the line accurately and timely.
- Assisting area personnel as needed and keeping Lead and Production Supervisor informed of significant problems.
- Using forklift, pallet jacks, counting scale and other equipment to move product from warehouse or clean zone to the clean rooms and/or to specific storage areas.
- Moving finished products from cleanroom to Final Inspection.
- Picking the parts for the Jobs/Work Orders based on a bill of materials; identifying lot numbers for each product moved to the production/clean rooms.
- Following directions and communicating clearly with the Leads, Production Supervisor and other departments.
- Acting as primary back up for tube cutter.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
