As a Material Handler, you'll play a key role in our warehouse operations by selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment. You'll work in a clean, safety-focused environment where teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail help ensure pet stores and animal care organizations receive the products they need.
Requirements
- Ability to pass a 5-year background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment such as order pickers, pallet jacks, or cherry pickers is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Use an order selector to pick bulk bag and full-case customer orders throughout our distribution center.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, including order pickers and pallet jacks.
- Build pallets accurately and efficiently for outbound shipments.
- Transport completed pallets to the loading dock for truck loading.
- Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety by following all company policies and PPE requirements.
- Participate in safety programs and proactively identify and communicate potential hazards.
- Support warehouse operations with additional duties as needed.
