About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You’ll Be Doing Safely operate Hydro Pulper systems and material‑handling equipment. Monitor production processes and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency. Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of equipment. Load, unload, and manage raw materials to support continuous operations. Maintain accurate documentation and support a clean, organized work area.

Requirements

  • Ability to operate or learn to operate material‑handling and Hydro Pulper equipment safely and effectively.
  • Ability to safely lift and maneuver up to 50lbs.
  • Must be able to wear applicable PPE in compliance with EH&S guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
  • Capability to follow procedures and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Effective communication skills and a proactive work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
