About The Position

Capstone Logistics is seeking motivated Material Handlers and Forklift Operators to join its warehouse operations team in Saint Louis, Missouri. This is a physically active role in a fast-paced environment, supporting the efficient movement of freight throughout the supply chain. The position involves freight handling, material movement, shipment auditing, and warehouse housekeeping while following safety procedures and site-specific operating guidelines. Paid training is provided, and the role offers opportunities for career advancement and participation in a travel team working across operations nationwide.

Requirements

• Be a high-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Be able to lift and carry 25–75 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Have reliable attendance and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight safely and efficiently.
• Sort, palletize, repack, and move products throughout the warehouse.
• Perform freight handling and material movement duties.
• Audit shipments for accuracy.
• Assist with warehouse housekeeping and cleanup.
• Follow all safety procedures and site-specific operating guidelines.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by site leadership.
