About The Position

This position is responsible for processing products to meet daily production standards and goals. It promotes and adheres to Goodwill-Easter Seals’ mission and values. In a typical day, a Material Handler can expect to follow policies and procedures, execute directives in a timely manner, create a high level of customer service, provide a work environment to train and develop participants in achieving their goals, and help contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for employees and customers.

Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, employees and customers

Open schedule availability including a combination of days, nights, and weekends, totaling at least 35 hours per week
Willingness and ability to be cross-trained, and to train in new employees.
