That's this role. As a Material Handler & Packager, you'll keep materials moving, inventory accurate, and finished products packaged and shipment-ready. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, stay on task, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and ability to read and follow written instructions in English
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Must be eligible to work in an ITAR-controlled facility (U.S. Person status required)
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and inventory
- Pick and pull job kits to support production needs
- Package finished assemblies including bagging, labeling, and boxing to customer specifications
- Prepare outbound shipments for freight, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
- Kit components for production using ESD-safe packaging materials and handling procedures
- Manage moisture-sensitive components using controlled storage and drying ovens
- Operate barcode scanners and maintain accurate inventory records in internal systems
- Support stockroom organization and material flow
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Sales, and Production teams to communicate material issues proactively
- Follow quality standards, safety procedures, and participate in Lean and continuous improvement efforts
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
