About The Position

Arrowhead Engineered Products is seeking a Material Handler for our mid-shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM. This role is responsible for operating forklifts and cherry pickers to receive, move, store, and retrieve inventory within the warehouse. The Material Handler will support shipping and receiving operations, accurately fulfill customer orders, and help maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization. This position is ideal for individuals with material handling and equipment operation experience who enjoy a hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse environment and are committed to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Requirements

Forklift and cherry picker certification required.
Strong English communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking, to support safety compliance and operational effectiveness.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of related warehouse experience preferred.
Experience using RF handheld scanners preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely operate forklifts and cherry pickers throughout the warehouse.
Accurately pick parts and products for customer orders.
Weigh products using designated scales.
Verify part numbers and quantities with a high level of accuracy.
Pack orders correctly, ensuring all items are accounted for and assigned to the proper customer.
Review customer order notes and fulfill any special requirements.
Maintain inventory of warehouse and shipping supplies.
Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle audits as needed.
Report stock location concerns to the Department Lead or Supervisor.
Notify leadership of damaged materials, shortages, or other inventory discrepancies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
