About The Position

We are looking for a talented Material Handler to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Morristown, TN. Job Summary: Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Ensure Safety: By stopping work and reporting any major injury hazards immediately, you’ll help maintain a safe work environment. Report Incidents: Promptly reporting any work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards will contribute to a proactive safety culture. Compliance: Adhering to HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations ensures that all safety and environmental guidelines are met. Use PPE: Consistently using appropriate personal protective equipment will protect you and your colleagues from potential hazards. Promote Team Safety: By looking out for one another and promoting interdependence, you’ll foster a supportive and safe workplace. Environmental Awareness: Recognizing and minimizing the negative impact of your work on the environment will support sustainability efforts. Requirements

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
Knowledge and Experience of Fork Truck Driving on a sit-down unit.
Inventory experience as you will be pulling product and part numbers from different areas of the plant.
Able to work in fast paced environment.
