About The Position

The MB Material Handler is responsible for inventory management, control and delivery. Principle Accountabilities and Duties include parts/MB receiving and delivery, managing parts and bin locations, organizing the warehouse and stock room, building mockups for the lines, recording part usage history, ordering and maintaining sufficient part buffers for repair and rework, ensuring FIFO order based on part age, controlling parts to minimize cost, ensuring parts conform to ESD standards and are kept in good condition, preventing defective parts, organizing non-conforming parts and moving them to designated areas, performing periodic cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy, meeting and exceeding KPIs to meet business and operational requirements, submitting KPI reports on time, checking and recording ESD Audit daily, and following 5S standards. The role also emphasizes utilizing company time efficiently and productively, including punctuality for breaks and personal matters. Work assignments may change based on project needs, such as inspection, testing, or data input.

Requirements

  • Requires the physical ability to lift 10 pounds
  • Able to stand 8 hours consistently and push, pull, twist and lift at a minimum 10lbs container/boxes.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently, meet deadlines and work independently.
  • Knowledge using MS Excel, SAP, Service me.
  • Attention to details and be accurate.
  • Well organized person.
  • Customer Service focus and a team player.
  • Reading Comprehension - Demonstrated ability to read, and follow written instructions and ideas.
  • Shows determination to achieve excellent results.
  • Good attendance and work OT when it is required.

Responsibilities

  • Parts/MB receiving and delivery.
  • Manage parts and bin location.
  • Organize warehouse and stock room.
  • Build mockups for the lines.
  • Record part usage history, order and keep enough part buffer for repair and rework.
  • Make sure FIFO order based on the age of parts.
  • Control parts and keep cost down to minimum.
  • Make sure parts conform to ESD standard and keep in good condition.
  • Prevent defective parts.
  • Organize non-conforming parts and move to designated area.
  • Do cycle count on periodic basis to make sure the inventory is accurate.
  • Meet and exceed KPI defined to meet the business and operational requirement.
  • Turn in KPI report on time, end of the working day.
  • Check and keep record for ESD Audit daily.
  • Follow 5S standard.
  • Utilize the company’s time to be efficient and productive.
  • Work assignment can changed based on project needs like inspection, testing, data input.
