About The Position

QuikCut is looking for a dependable, safety-focused Material Handler to join their team. This role involves receiving, organizing, moving, and delivering materials throughout the manufacturing facility. The Material Handler's work directly supports production, helps maintain inventory accuracy, and ensures customers receive high-quality products on time. This is a full-time position with hours Monday-Thursday from 4pm-2:30am, with overtime available and a $3 shift premium for the 2nd shift.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Material Handler, Forklift Operator, Shipping & Receiving Associate, or similar manufacturing position.
Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Forklift experience required.
Basic computer skills and experience using inventory or warehouse management systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team.
Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials throughout the workday.

Nice To Haves

Previous forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, components, and finished products.
Deliver materials to production areas to keep manufacturing running efficiently.
Load, unload, and transport materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and help maintain inventory accuracy.
Record material movements using inventory management software and maintain accurate documentation.
Support lean manufacturing initiatives, including 5S, Kanban, and Just-in-Time (JIT) inventory practices.
Work closely with production, quality, and shipping teams to meet daily production schedules.
