About The Position
Guardian Bikes is seeking a dependable Material Handler to support our manufacturing operations. This role will be responsible for material handling, kanban management and warehouse support.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to safely operate forklifts or willingness to be trained
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
- Strong reliability, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Prior warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand or using equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, carts)
- Monitor, pull, and replenish Kanban bins, shelves, and supermarket
- Label, tag, and wrap materials/products for storage or shipping
- Perform regular cycle counts and report discrepancies
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support warehouse and production teams as needed
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
