About The Position

Simon & Schuster, a global leader in book publishing, has immediate openings in its Jackson, TN distribution facility. Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities are available for Material Handlers to join our Distribution Center in Jackson, TN. These positions will maintain thorough workflows in various departments.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Ability to meet workplace demands
• Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of employees
• Ability to work alongside employees and accomplish daily goals
• Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
• Ability to remain standing and active for the duration of scheduled shifts
• Comfortable performing a full range of physical movements, including bending, twisting, reaching, kneeling, and climbing
• Capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining safety and productivity standards

Nice To Haves

• Order Selector/Forklift experience
