About The Position

Capstone Logistics is seeking motivated Material Handlers / Forklift Operators to join its warehouse operations team in Edwardsville, Illinois. This is a physically active role in a fast-paced environment, supporting the efficient movement of freight throughout the supply chain. The position involves handling, sorting, and moving products, auditing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness while following safety procedures and site-specific guidelines. Requirements

• Have a strong work ethic and high energy.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Be able to lift and carry 25–75 pounds throughout the shift.
• Maintain reliable attendance and a commitment to safety.
• Be willing to learn and participate in paid training.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight safely and efficiently.
• Sort, palletize, repack, and move products throughout the warehouse.
• Perform freight handling and material movement duties.
• Audit shipments for accuracy.
• Assist with warehouse housekeeping and cleanup.
• Follow all safety procedures and site-specific operating guidelines.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by site leadership.
