About The Position

Ultra-Poly Corporation is seeking Material Handlers to join their production team. This is an entry-level position with training provided, focusing on innovative plastic recycling and building a sustainable future. This role is hands-on and requires active engagement throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Reliable with strong attendance

• Able to work 12-hour shifts (7:00 am - 7:00 pm or 7:00 pm - 7:00 am)
• Comfortable with a rotating schedule (every other weekend)
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Comfortable working in hot and cold environments
• 18+ years old
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• English reading/writing skills
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening, physical, and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Operating industrial equipment like shredders and grinders
• Setting up machines to meet production schedules
• Loading materials on equipment
• Monitoring equipment and making adjustments as needed
• Following safety procedures
• Using forklifts to move materials
