About The Position

DESOTEC is a company dedicated to protecting the planet through sustainable mobile filtration solutions. They offer solutions for the treatment of Air Emissions, Wastewater, Remediation, Chemicals, and Biogas using activated carbon. Their filters are rented out to production companies globally, and once saturated, they are replaced and the spent carbon is recycled. This process unburdens customers from the administrative, moral, logistical, and ecological consequences of their purification needs, allowing them to focus on sustainable production.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED or equivalent / Technical School preferred
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
Familiarity with safety standards and regulations
Proficient with Microsoft Office Software
Good interpersonal and time management skills, along with attention to detail

Responsibilities

Participate in Physical Inventory and cycle count
Work independently unsupervised and with interdepartmental team members
Communicate with the Logistics and inside Sales Department
Coordinate shipping and receiving schedules and tasks for vessel pick-ups and deliveries
Offload/Load vessels and roll off boxes
Use computer Access & Navision programs to enter and view records for vessel information
Drive and operate material handling equipment (VEC Loader) to transport and offload inventory of vessels
Coordinate and work with the warehouse regarding vessels and building drum adsorbers for existing customers
Utilize manual and automated material handling equipment
Practice and adhere to appropriate safety and hygiene guidelines/procedures for safe housekeeping and personal protection
Troubleshoot and problem-solve to ensure timely delivery and flow of vessels through the facility
Take care of internal and external customer needs and expectations
May perform other duties as required
