That's this role. As a Material Handler & Packager, you'll keep materials moving, inventory accurate, and finished products packaged and shipment-ready. Requirements

High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently, stay on task, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills and ability to read and follow written instructions in English
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Must be eligible to work in an ITAR-controlled facility (U.S. Person status required)

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and inventory
Pick and pull job kits to support production needs
Package finished assemblies including bagging, labeling, and boxing to customer specifications
Prepare outbound shipments for freight, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
Kit components for production using ESD-safe packaging materials and handling procedures
Manage moisture-sensitive components using controlled storage and drying ovens
Operate barcode scanners and maintain accurate inventory records in internal systems
Support stockroom organization and material flow
Collaborate with Purchasing, Sales, and Production teams to communicate material issues proactively
Follow quality standards, safety procedures, and participate in Lean and continuous improvement efforts
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
