About The Position

PTMW, Inc is seeking a reliable and efficient Material Handler to join our Pre-Fabrication (PFAB) team. The Material Handler will be responsible for the safe and timely movement of materials within the facility. This role is crucial for maintaining the flow of production and supporting overall manufacturing operations. This is a full-time, benefits eligible position working 6:00 pm to 6:00 am, Sunday - Tuesday and alternating Wednesdays in a climate controlled facility.

Requirements

Forklift operation experience
Current valid driver's license
Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
Excellent communications skills to deal with both internal & external customers
Self motivated conscientious worker
Capable of lifting up to 75lbs
Ability to pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, physical capacity & and breath alcohol test.

Inventory control and warehouse experience

Responsibilities

Transport materials and products to and from storage areas, machines, and loading docks.
Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles.
Maintaining storage area in a neat and orderly fashion
Assure accuracy of inventory
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment with utmost safety and efficiency, ensuring no damage to products, equipment, or infrastructure
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Clean and maintain equipment and work area.
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
Assist in other areas of production as needed or as assigned.
