About The Position

The Material Logistics Operator is a key member of the Logistics Team, responsible for following company guidelines, supporting team cohesion, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The role works within defined corporate policies and procedures, applies judgment appropriate to its level of responsibility, may influence functional operations and processes, and escalates matters as required. It has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in a warehousing or logistics role.
Basic math skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
Interpersonal skills that promote collaboration across multiple workstreams.
Ability to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks.
Ability to wear required PPE correctly at all times.

Nice To Haves

At least 2 years of warehousing or logistics experience, with a focus on receiving.
Basic knowledge of ERP and PDA.

Responsibilities

Maintain safety as the primary focus and participate in company safety programs and incident investigations when applicable.
Pass and maintain powered equipment certification, including following safety protocols, inspections, training, and recertification requirements.
Assist the unloading team with the put-away process.
Work with the unpacking team to prepare materials for production.
Monitor and properly track recycling across the work area, escalating deficiencies to the Logistics Supervisor and Logistics Team Lead.
Occasionally support other Logistics roles.
Support audit preparation processes.
Assist material handlers with production staging.
Manage inventory and process control across operations.
Manage empty LP cart storage and CKD totes.
