About The Position

This role is for a Material Handler on the 1st shift in a warehouse environment. The position involves staying active and offers opportunities to learn to drive heavy equipment. The primary responsibilities include completing job duties on the HPP line, inspecting produce for quality, creating and transporting pallets, moving product, and supporting on-time deliveries. The work environment involves temperatures ranging from 32-24 degrees Fahrenheit.

Requirements

• Passion for safety and able to lift up to 65lbs safely.
• Attention to detail with regards to quality, appearance, and labeling
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to stand and work in cold temperatures throughout the entirety of the shift

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating and maintaining packing machinery

Responsibilities

• Complete Material Handler job responsibilities on the HPP line working in temperatures that range from 32-24 degrees Fahrenheit
• Inspect packaged produce for quality, appearance, and proper labeling
• Create pallets of produce and transport using a stacker or pacer
• Move product and supplies within the packing department
• Support business goals of on-time and accurate deliveries
