About The Position

Sibanye-Stillwater is hiring a Material Handler to join their Warehouse team in Fairless Hills, PA. This hands-on role involves staying active, working with a team, and building warehouse experience. The Material Handler will help keep operations moving by receiving, staging, organizing, and transporting materials safely throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, manufacturing, or material-handling experience preferred
• Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work throughout the shift
• Basic math and computer/data-entry skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and a safety-first mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation due to limited public transportation access

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, stage, and organize materials throughout the facility
• Load and unload trucks, pallets, containers, and deliveries
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment
• Weigh, label, verify, and document materials accurately
• Stage materials for production, processing, and shipment
• Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory, and cycle counts
• Inspect equipment before use and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Keep warehouse, storage, and staging areas clean and organized
• Follow all safety, security, environmental, and material-handling procedures
• Work with Warehouse and Operations teams to keep materials moving efficiently
