About The Position

Kinsley Steel is seeking a full-time Material Handler for their 2nd shift. This role involves preparing structural steel for painting, assisting with loading and unloading steel from trucks, and operating equipment such as overhead cranes and forklifts. The position offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects within a dynamic team and contribute to the company's success in delivering quality steel. Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience using overhead cranes.
• Ability to maintain a positive work atmosphere and communicate effectively with co-workers, clients, and supervisors.
• Work in compliance with Kinsley's safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to work a 2nd shift schedule, including overtime and Saturdays as needed.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to tolerate hot and cold working environments.
• Ability to stand on feet for up to 10 hours.
• Must be organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Paint and prepare structural steel.
• Assist with loading and unloading steel from trucks.
• Operate Overhead Cranes.
• Operate forklift as needed.
• Perform rigging work to move materials as required.
• Perform other duties as required to support the fabrication shop.
