About The Position

Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler to join their Production department. This role is crucial for maintaining inventory accuracy, managing material distribution, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and possess a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form.
• Ability to understand safety requirements and cautions.
• Must be able to use a tablet and scanner.
• Must be able to multitask.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 60lbs.
• Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time.
• Must be certified to operate a pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory by labeling and placing material and supplies in stock.
• Record the location of inventory.
• Locate and verify material and supplies from any area based on a list.
• Track material locations and be accountable for material/supplies distribution.
• Operate a pallet jack (certification required).
• Load and unload materials and merchandise from AGVs, including boxes, trays, and bins.
• Use a tablet and scanner for inventory management.
