Requirements

• Warehouse experience with 1-3 years in material handling and forklift operation
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and material management
• Basic technical proficiency, comfortable with ERP systems or similar technology
• Commitment to safety and following established protocols

Nice To Haves

• Prior forklift certification and experience with overhead cranes
• Experience working in a job shop or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with inventory control systems and reporting
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small, supportive team setting

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull materials and plates for job packets.
• Conduct inventory reporting to leads.
• Support inventory control efforts to ensure smooth operations.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and overhead cranes, handling loads up to 30,000 lbs safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily forklift and crane inspections.
• Complete safety check-offs.
• Maintain compliance with all safety protocols.
• Demonstrate 100% commitment to zero harm behaviors in support of developing a world-class safety culture.
