About The Position

International is hiring experienced warehouse Material Handlers. This position offers competitive hourly pay along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employee wellbeing. Starting Pay: $21.50 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus (paid after 120 days of employment). Benefits begin on Day 1 of Employment.

Requirements

• Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status).
• Must wear safety shoes and approve eye protection
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to stand/walk 67-100% of the time
• Ability to climb a ladder and/or stairs
• Ability to understand and follow instructions
• Work overtime as needed
• Able to work flexible hours

Nice To Haves

• Operate an electric stock chaser with training

Responsibilities

• Work as a dedicated team member to ensure fast, expert service to every customer
• Complete all necessary steps required for customer order fulfillment in line with published operating procedures, policies and performance standards
• Safely operate a variety of material handling equipment including but not limited to standup forklift, reach truck, order picker, order picker, stock chaser, or pallet jack
• Perform data entry tasks on an RF unit for binning and picking orders
• Strictly adhere to all facility safety requirements
• Other duties as assigned
