About The Position

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. This role involves various duties related to the loading, unloading, and movement of mail and equipment. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Possess a High school diploma, GED or work experience equivalent is a plus
Must pass a drug test/ background check and be able to obtain airport security clearance
Must be able to pass certain requirements mandated by the United States Post Office including but not limited to:
Have a verifiable 5-year work history (Unemployed ok, if it is accounted for)
Have a verifiable 5-year United States (or any of its territories) residence
No pending or current felonies less than 10 years old. Some charges may disqualify you altogether regardless of length
Must be able to lift 70 pounds
Must be able to stand lift, bend, push, pull and sit for extended periods of time
Must be willing to work in warehouse environment

Responsibilities

Load/unload US mail from/into airline containers
Load/unload trucks
Push/pull USPS rolling stock equipment with and without (empty) US Mail
Push full/empty airline containers on ball decking
Load/unload full or empty airline equipment from Company transport dollies
Scan mail into/out of airline containers
Weigh airline containers utilizing Company ball decking and scales
Validate the serviceability of airline containers based on airline requirements
Operate GSE equipment including but not limited to trucks and tugs
Perform administrative duties assigned by the supervisor, which includes equipment checks/reports
