About The Position

McKesson is hiring warehouse associates for its Distribution Center. Material Handlers help fulfill orders efficiently and accurately so healthcare products reach customers and patients quickly. The role includes on-the-job training and certification to operate power industrial equipment, perform specialized processes, and use advanced automation. Listed shifts are Sunday from 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM and Monday through Thursday from 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM. Starting pay is up to $22.81 per hour, increasing to $24.21 per hour after 12 months, plus a $1.50-per-hour night differential. Eligible employees may also earn performance-based incentive pay, with top performers earning up to approximately $1.75 per hour. Schedules are generally shared two weeks in advance, though shifts may change and are discussed during the interview. In periods of high demand, employees may need to work beyond scheduled times.

Requirements

Entry-level experience.
Ability to walk up to 10 miles during a shift; the distance varies by shift.
Ability to repeatedly lift 20 to 50 pounds without assistance during a shift; the weight varies by product.

Responsibilities
