About The Position

This position is responsible for processing products to meet daily production standards and goals. It promotes and adheres to Goodwill-Easter Seals’ mission and values. In a typical day, a Material Handler can expect to contribute to store operations by following policies and procedures and executing directives in a timely manner. They will also create a high level of customer service, ensuring all customers experience a welcoming atmosphere, and provide a work environment to train and develop participants in achieving their goals. Additionally, they help contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for employees and customers.

Open schedule availability including a combination of days, nights, and weekends, totaling at least 35 hours per week
Willingness and ability to be cross-trained, and to train in new employees.
