We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Inventory Control Specialist to support our Distribution Facility operations in Reno, NV. This role is responsible for inventory accuracy, shipping processes, and general warehouse functions in a fast-paced environment. This is a graveyard shift position ideal for candidates who are comfortable working overnight and thrive in hands-on, operational roles.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • 6 months to 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience
  • Experience using RF scanners and warehouse systems (or willingness to learn)
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to perform basic inventory math
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and operating equipment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP or similar inventory systems
  • Forklift or equipment operation experience (training provided)

Responsibilities

  • Perform general warehousing and distribution functions under direct supervision
  • Prepare shipping containers and package orders for shipment
  • Verify orders for accuracy and completeness
  • Process packages using automated shipping systems
  • Complete end-of-day courier shipment manifests
  • Support inventory control activities, including cycle counting and stock monitoring
  • Learn and utilize SAP systems and warehouse transactions for inventory tracking
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and pickers
  • Serve as backup support to the Distribution Center Supervisor as needed
