About The Position

Intralox, L.L.C. is hiring a Material Handler for the Assembly Team to help manage the effective workflow of orders through the Assembly process. The role is based in New Orleans, Louisiana. Available schedules are 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. or 2:30 p.m.–midnight, Monday through Friday. Overtime and weekend work may be required. Intralox is a division of Laitram, L.L.C. Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Stable work history.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to perform the essential functions described in the functional job description, including lifting and carrying 40 pounds.
Ability to exhibit teamwork and self-management.
Ability to work overtime, flexible schedules, and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

Review a web-based dashboard to determine and deliver the next order to assemblers.
Remove empty carts and return them to the warehouse.
Sort and organize pallets for reuse or recycling.
Sort and organize boxes for reuse or recycling.
Transport regrind material from the Assembly floor to the Regrind Department.
Submit parts requests for the Assembly team.
Deliver parts requests to Assembly team members.
Follow the Assembly Department attendance policy.
Follow all safety procedures and policies.
Perform housekeeping duties as required.
