About The Position

This position involves picking orders based on location and product requests, preparing and printing shipping labels using various external customer shipping systems (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx), and assembling and filling boxes and other cartons with items for shipment. The role requires verifying the accuracy of orders by matching quantities and types and observing packaging procedures to ensure shipment safety. Maintaining a clean and safe work area is also a key aspect of the job.

Nice To Haves

• High school education or GED equivalent.
• Experience in a related materials handling position within a warehouse/distribution environment.
• Familiarity with computerized manufacturing systems related to material control practices, configuration, engineering change systems, and production process flows.
